Hello there. Thanks for stopping by.
My name is Meaghan Glennan. I am a Brooklyn-based writer and editor with more than a decade of experience helping people tell their own stories, as well as the stories of the non-profits and blue-chip companies that they represent.
I have a certificate in manuscript editing from the University of Chicago and have spent the better part of the last five years helping brands including IBM, Google, P&G, and others ensure that their print and digital collateral is clear, concise, and grammatically and syntactically accurate.
I arrived in corporate editorial and marketing communications by way of a journalism degree, and a firm belief in the power of a well-told story to compel people to change-creating action within their local communities and the world at large.
Extended travel has been my graduate program of choice, and I have been fortunate enough to live, work, and learn in a number of international cities over the course of the last several years. Excerpts on those experiences can be seen elsewhere on this site.
My present non-work life consists of building on a new and modest vinyl record collection, and learning as much about food and food policy as I possibly can.
